- Creation of a brand strategy that communicates the value of the service as an online and off-hours sales tool for car dealerships and a safe way to sell and buy cars online for consumers.
- Build a digital strategy on social media platforms that communicates the brand strategy to drive traffic to the website and inquiries to the sales team.
- Development of branded events that brought brand awareness to car enthusiasts.
Result:
- NightOwl created a lifestyle brand with car enthusiasts that offered authorized car dealerships, private sellers, private buyers and auxiliary service partners.
- There was brand awareness created with car enthusiasts at regional car show events that drove increased user registration and mobile application downloads.
- The car dealership strategy expanded to include vehicle identification stickers.
- There was also a retail strategy created to sell the vehicle identification stickers to the public.
